AI Service Desk Automation and ITSM Operations

Enrich requests with context before the technician starts from zero. Support triage, knowledge, technician workflows, user self-service, escalation reduction, and controlled resolution.

Resolve more. Escalate less.

What improves

  • Shorten the path from request to useful evidence.
  • Give frontline technicians greater investigative capability without broad administrative control.
  • Reduce repeated manual work by turning proven resolutions into governed workflows.

Supported behavior

Ticket triage and enrichment

Classify, prioritize, and enrich work across supported PSA and operational sources, so the record arrives carrying the client, service, asset, and change context behind it.

Alert grouping and outage intelligence

Group related alerts using time, topology, and service context, so one upstream failure reads as one incident instead of a wall of noise.

Live operational questions

Ask about the live environment in plain language and run approved diagnostics from the same place the answer came from.

Evidence-backed next actions

Proposed actions carry the expected impact, the approval required, and rollback context where supported. Nothing consequential runs on a hunch.

Outcome verification and resolution history

Verify that the service actually recovered before the work closes, and keep what worked where the next technician will find it.

Helpdesk and self-service experiences

Teams-based helpdesk, technician workflows, user self-service, and customer and service portal capabilities. Features still in development are labeled.

Workflow illustration for Ixvara Ops: an enriched ticket with SLA and impact, attached storage and change evidence, a bounded remediation waiting for senior approval, and the executed action verified against the original signal.

In practice

The ticket arrives with the investigation already started.

Most tickets open with an empty description, a pasted alert, or a customer who can only say something is not working. The technician then spends the first stretch rebuilding the picture across monitoring, identity, documentation, and the PSA. Ixvara Ops does that before dispatch: what changed, what is affected, who is impacted, which events are related, and what resolved it last time.

A live incident investigation: related infrastructure events, affected services, and supporting evidence assembled behind a probable cause, before the technician opens a second console.

Connected to the rest of the fabric

Service Operations shares operating context, governance, and outcome history with every other IT Fabric domain. The evidence gathered here strengthens investigations everywhere else.
