Quorlink: QR Code Business Card Platform and CRM

Quorlink is a digital business card platform and contact CRM built by Ixvara. Its promise is printed on the product: print the QR once, update the person forever. A business card should not become outdated the moment it is printed.

The problem

A static business card is disconnected from everything that matters after the handshake: current contact details, scheduling, the exchange of information in both directions, and any sense of whether the connection went anywhere.

At company scale the problem compounds. Cards go stale the day someone changes roles, printed QR codes turn into dead links, and nobody owns the drawer full of obsolete identities still circulating with the company name on them.

What Quorlink Does

Every person gets one permanent QR code and NFC card that never needs reissuing. What the code opens is a live, company-branded contact page that updates instantly whenever the person, role, office, or details change.

  • Permanent QR codes and NFC tap cards that survive role changes, so printed material never goes stale
  • Company-branded contact pages rather than a generic third-party template
  • Multi-office directory with addresses, hours, and directions
  • Tracked booking links that route to calendars, with engagement analytics
  • Scan and engagement analytics without invasive tracking of the people who scan
  • Team management to add, reassign, or revoke cards as people join, move, or leave
  • Built-in contact and lead management, so exchanged contacts land in a CRM instead of a pocket

The result

The card became a live endpoint: always current, measurable, and manageable across an organization. The company controls its identity centrally, and the physical card someone hands over is printed exactly once.
