College Athlete Recruiting CRM Development
RecruitPix is a standalone product built by Ixvara: a system that turns a multi-year recruiting journey into something a family can actually manage.
The problem
College athletes and families manage schools, coaches, outreach, events, communication, fit, and follow-up across a process that lasts years. In practice that means email threads, spreadsheets, disconnected research, and memory, for one of the highest-stakes decisions a family makes.
What We Built
RecruitPix was built as a purpose-designed recruiting CRM around that journey rather than adapting a generic sales CRM to a family and student workflow. Schools, coaches, conversations, events, and decisions live in one structured place, organized the way recruiting actually progresses.
Why it matters here
RecruitPix is what the Ixvara approach looks like applied to a vertical product: understand the real workflow first, then build the system around it. A complex multi-year process became structured, trackable, and easier to act on.
