Platform direction

Where the Ixvara platform is going

Ixvara is a services firm, and every engagement runs on the platform we are building: the Ixvara Control Plane, with Ixvara IT Fabric beneath it. This page describes that direction for partners and investors. What is available today is listed separately.

This page describes direction. The architecture below shows the intended design, and not every capability shown is in production. Ask us what is available for your deployment.

The problem the platform solves

Mid-market IT teams cannot put all of their AI in one place. Some work belongs on local models, some in a private cloud, and some can use a public model if sensitive fields never leave. Each choice has its own cost and quality tradeoffs, and the teams making them have no single place to set and enforce the policy.

The intended architecture

The Ixvara Control Plane sits between enterprise systems and the people and agents who use them. The apps are what people use; the AI firewall is one of the platform’s capabilities, checking, routing, and masking every request under one policy. Ixvara IT Fabric connects the IT environment underneath.

The intended architecture

Illustration

Enterprise systems

Files, email, knowledge, business applications, IT operations, identity, security, backup.

Employees and agents

Ixvara AI apps, desktops and VDI, isolated agent workspaces, business and IT workflows.

Ixvara Control Plane

  • AI firewall: data sensitivity, quality, and cost
  • Context and memory: permissions and knowledge
  • Governed actions: tools, approvals, verification

Private AI engines

On site or in a private cloud.

Cloud AI models

Hosted models, where policy approves the route.

Ixvara IT Fabric

IT operations, VM and network, identity and security, backup and DR, workspace and VDI.

Available today

AI voice agents

Answer customer calls, book and change appointments, and take IT help desk calls, branded in the customer’s company name.

Private AI for employees

Employees type or talk to ask company knowledge and get cited answers under their permissions, in an app branded with their company’s name. MSPs offer it to their clients, with their own brand as the provider.

Ixvara AI firewall

Routes each request by data sensitivity, quality, and cost, and applies masking rules set per destination. Local-only workloads never fall back to a hosted model.

Ixvara IT Fabric

Investigates incidents across IT operations, proposes an action, routes it for approval, and verifies the outcome.

Ixvara Cloud

The hosted side of the platform for cloud-managed and hybrid deployments.

Ixvara Data Engine and collectors

Outbound-only collection and processing at customer sites, close to where the data is produced.

Observation Agent

Approved, scoped collection of operational signals for discovery and modernization work.

Ixvara IQ

Permission-aware answers with citations, inside the tools people already use.

IXBox

Validated private infrastructure for supported local models, storage, and recovery.

Why services lead

Every engagement puts the platform in front of a real environment: real data policies, real systems, and real approval paths. What we learn delivering consulting, engineering, and managed support decides what the platform does next.
