Privacy Notice
What we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. Last updated 25 August 2026.
1. Information you submit directly
When you use our demo, assessment, or contact forms, we receive the information you enter: typically your name, work email address, organization, role, and the operating details you choose to share about your environment or request. Forms tell you which fields are required.
We also record basic context with a submission, such as the page it came from and campaign parameters (for example UTM values), so we can respond knowledgeably.
2. Technical and usage information
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to serve and protect the site. If you accept non-essential cookies, we use analytics tools (Google Tag Manager and LeadBoxer) that collect usage information such as pages viewed, referring sites, and approximate location, and that may associate visits with an organization. These tools do not run before you consent.
3. How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to your request, prepare and follow up on evaluations, and operate our sales process. We use usage information to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not use website form data to train AI models.
4. Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers to run this site and respond to you: Cloudflare (hosting, security, and Turnstile spam protection), SMTP2GO (email delivery of form confirmations and notifications), GlassHive (sales contact management), and, with your consent, Google Tag Manager and LeadBoxer (analytics). These providers process information on our behalf to provide their services.
We disclose information beyond these providers only when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or services.
5. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep the site working (for example, remembering your cookie choice). Non-essential analytics cookies load only after you accept them in the consent banner, and you can decline them there. See the Cookie Policy for details and for managing your preferences.
6. Retention
We keep submitted information for as long as it is needed to handle your request and our ongoing sales relationship, and we delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your submitted information at any time using the contact route below.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, forms are protected against automated abuse, and access to submitted information is limited to the people who need it to respond. No internet transmission is perfectly secure; send us only the information a request needs.
8. Your choices and rights
You can browse the site without accepting non-essential cookies. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, and we will act on reasonable requests. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights over your personal information.
9. International processing
Our service providers may process information in more than one country. Where that happens, it is done to provide the services described in this notice.
10. Changes to this notice
When we change this notice, we update the date below. Material changes will be visible on this page before they take effect.
11. Contact
Questions or requests about this notice can be sent through the contact page; choose the topic that fits and mention privacy in your message.
